In 1991, he opened his first scrap and recycling facility in Miami, built from the ground up. Over three decades, he built one of the most experienced recycling operations in the region. Mo's deep understanding of every level of the business, from scale operations to market pricing, is the foundation MOME was built on.
Mary Ellen has been instrumental in building the business alongside Mo since the very beginning. Together, they have grown their recycling operations across both South Florida and Southwest Florida, establishing the industry relationships and operational expertise that MOME continues to build on today. Her partnership and leadership have been foundational to everything MOME has become.
